$129.00 per room (single or doubles) subject to state and local taxes and includes a hot breakfast buffet each morning.

Saturday, September 21, 2024 to guarantee the group rate. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date on a space and rate available basis only.

Check-in prior to Hotel’s published check-in time is subject to availability. Hotel check-intime is 3:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am. Early check ins and late check outs are available for an additional fee.

Each Event guest will pay his or her account upon departure. When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first and last) night foreach reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual only in accordance with the Hotel’s standard guest cancellation policy. Each guest will be required to present valid credit card upon check-in on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room.

Upon check-in guests will be asked to verify their departure dates. At that time, scheduled departure dates can be altered. Departure extensions are based upon availability.

The special guest rooms agreed to may apply three days before and three days after the official dates of the ALAC National Specialty. These rates are subject to availability of guestrooms in excess of the scheduled meeting dates shown on the room block.

Payment for rooms will be individual call in and individual pay.


You must Pre-Register For RV Parking. All RV Parking will be in a designated area.

RV Parking is $35.00/night to non-registered guests but is free to registered hotel guests.

You must inform the hotel of your RV reservation or the RV may be towed at the owner’s expense.

A limited number of spaces are available. No hook-ups. Must be self-contained.

All RV’s must be parked in the space assigned to them and the space must be left in a clean condition. All parking is at your own risk. Neither the Eisenhower Hotel & Conference Center nor the show-giving clubs assume any responsibility or liability for damage or loss to any vehicle or its contents including dogs. All persons staying in RVs are reminded that the parking area they will occupy is part of the show grounds and subject to all rules and regulations thereof in accordance with the American Kennel Club’s Rules and Regulations pertaining to Dog Shows. Paid reservations must be received no later than October 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date.

There is a four (4) dog limit per room.

  • All owners/exhibitors should be aware that the entire hotel grounds are considered within the show You will be responsible for all damage to your room and may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the rules of the AKC. It is expected that exhibitors will clean up immediately after their own dogs and strongly encourage others to do the same. Dogs may not be kept in rooms which are registered as “dogless.” Any abuse of the grounds will be brought to the attention of the show giving club and its Event Committee. Any exhibitor’s entries may be refused for previous misuse of the hotel facilities. This is an AKC supported measure.
  • There will be a $50 one-time pet fee per room with dogs.
  • Dogs must be crated when left alone in the Dogs shall not be allowed to run free in your room while you are gone, nor may you confine them in the bathroom. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Place plastic sheeting under all crates, X-Pens and other equipment for confining your dog(s).
  • Do not use hotel guest room towels for dog
  • Dogs must be kept quiet in the hotel rooms and in the grooming
  • Dogs must be exercised in designated areas only. Please pick up after your dog(s). Use appropriate bags for waste and doggie trash and dispose in containers provided for waste disposal, not hotel trash
  • Some areas of the hotel are off-limits to These include all areas that serve food and beverages; recreation areas including the pool and health and fitness room and public rest rooms.
  • Grooming will be in designated areas and will be available on a first-come, first-served
  • Crates must be stacked whenever
  • Absolutely NO exercise pens in the grooming
  • The Clubs reserve the right to limit the space any one exhibitor or group claims for
  • There will be no security service on duty overnight. NO DOGS MAY BE LEFT IN THE GROOMING AREA OVERNIGHT. All dogs and equipment must be removed one hour after judging is completed on 10/25/2024.

Fall may very well be the best time to visit Gettysburg. The weather cools off a bit from the summer heat and humidity to provide a crisp morning with daytime temps in the 60s. Since early fall can still bring warm days in the upper 70s and 80s, you may want to pack your summer shorts just to be sure. Evenings offer a delightful coolness that long for a light jacket, warm sweater and comfy jeans.
