$149.00 per night subject to state and local taxes.

Saturday, September 26, 2026 to guarantee the group rate. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date on a space and rate available basis only.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 12:00pm. Early check ins and late check outs are available for an additional fee. Contact the hotel directly for options available for early check-in or late check-out.
GUEST ROOM BILLING
Each Event guest will pay his or her account upon departure. When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first and last) night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual only in accordance with the Hotel’s standard guest cancellation policy. Each guest will be required to present valid credit card upon check-in on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room.
EARLY CHECK-OUT/DEPARTURE FEES
Upon check-in guests will be asked to verify their departure dates. At that time, scheduled departure dates can be altered. Early check-out changes made thereafter shall be subject to a $25 administrative fee. Departure extensions are based upon availability.
PRE/POST SPECIALTY RATES
The special guest rooms agreed to may apply three days before and three days after the official dates of the ALAC National Specialty. These rates are subject to availability of guestrooms in excess of the scheduled meeting dates shown on the room block.
ROOMS BILLING INFORMATION
Payment for rooms will be individual call in and individual pay.
RV PARKING:
The Roberts Centre will handle ALL RV Reservations and Individual Guests will be held responsible for maintenance of the parking lot as laid out below.
The Roberts Centre has 26 RV Spots which are Full Hook-ups these spots are charged at a rate of $40 per night/all other parking is considered dry parking and is charged at a rate of $25 per night. GUESTS MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR RV PARKING. RV availability is on a first come first serve basis.
Payment – All checks must be payable to The Roberts Centre. You may also pay by credit card. Payment in full is required when reservation is made. Paid reservations must be received no later than two weeks before the event that you will be attending. No refunds will be issued after this date. All RV parking is on a pre-paid reservation basis.
Reserved Spot Assignments/Requirements – All spaces will be pre-assigned. “Holding” or changing spaces is not permitted. If you would like to be next to someone please designate it on your reservation form. Reservation of additional RV Parking spaces is not permitted. This includes no cones, rope, string, other vehicles, x-pens, mats, or any other means of reserving parking space. RVs MUST NOT be parked within 6ft of Roberts Road or in front of the area where the hookups begin – this is for guest safety and must be followed.
One additional vehicle is permitted overnight per RV space reserved. No parking of any additional vehicles in your assigned space is permitted. All vehicles must be self-contained. Please be courteous when parking. Leave enough room for your slide outs, awnings and vehicle.
Cleaning and Maintenance of RV Spot Requirements – It is the individual guest’s responsibility to ensure they are leaving their reserved RV Parking spot the way they found it without damaging the spot or leaving behind trash/waste. It is required that the guest dispose of all trash, waste, bedding, etc. from the reserved RV spot prior to departure. If the guest requires trash bags, they can be purchased from the Roberts Centre front desk or banquets department for $1.00 per bag. Excessive cleaning of the guest’s reserved RV Spot after the guest has “checked-out” will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $50.00, this amount may vary depending upon the amount of cleaning and or damage to the reserved spot.
Check-In Procedure – All Guests must check in at the Holiday Inn Hotel front desk to receive your RV Parking Tag prior to parking in your designated space. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm on the last day of your visit unless a later check out time is agreed to by the Roberts Centre.
The Roberts Centre, Columbus Hospitality Management, R&L Investment, Mars Inc, Royal Canin, and Eukanuba are not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. Guest and all users of this property are liable for property damage.
Compliance with RV Parking Rules is MANDATORY.
All parking is at your own risk. Neither the Roberts Centre nor the show-giving clubs assume any responsibility or liability for damage or loss to any vehicle or its contents including dogs. All persons staying in RVs are reminded that the parking area they will occupy is part of the show grounds and subject to all rules and regulations thereof in accordance with the American Kennel Club’s Rules and Regulations pertaining to Dog Shows.
HOTEL RULES & CONDITIONS FOR DOG SHOWS
There is a four (4) dog limit per room.
- All owners/exhibitors should be aware that the entire hotel grounds are considered within the show You will be responsible for all damage to your room and may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the rules of the AKC. It is expected that exhibitors will clean up immediately after their own dogs and strongly encourage others to do the same. Dogs may not be kept in rooms which are registered as “dogless.” Any abuse of the grounds will be brought to the attention of the show giving club and its Event Committee. Any exhibitor’s entries may be refused for previous misuse of the hotel facilities. This is an AKC supported measure.
- A pet fee of current hotel rates will be charged for each room in which a dog is housed per stay. Rooms found to house a dog/animal that is not secured in a crate will be charged a higher pet fee.
- Dogs must be crated when left alone in the room. Dogs shall not be allowed to run free in your room while you are gone, nor may you confine them in the bathroom. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Place plastic sheeting under all crates, X-Pens and other equipment for confining your dog(s).
- Dogs will be bathed in designated areas for dog washing. There will be no grooming of dogs in hotel rooms and no hotel towels will be used for this purpose. Rooms where evidence of dog grooming in the restrooms is found will be assessed an excessive room cleaning fee.
- Dogs must be kept quiet in the hotel rooms and in the grooming area
- Dogs must be exercised in designated areas only. Please pick up after your dog(s). Use appropriate bags for waste and doggie trash and dispose in containers provided for waste disposal, not hotel trash
- Some areas of the hotel are off-limits to dogs. These include all areas that serve food and beverages; recreation areas including the pool and health and fitness room and public rest rooms.
- Grooming will be in designated areas and will be available on a first-come, first-served
- Crates must be stacked whenever necessary.
- Absolutely NO exercise pens in the grooming area.
- There will be no security service on duty overnight. NO DOGS MAY BE LEFT IN THE GROOMING AREA OVERNIGHT. All dogs and equipment must be removed one hour after judging is completed on 10/16/2025.
- This is a NO SMOKING Zone in the grooming or ring areas, in vendor areas, or rest rooms at any
